Post Campaign Update #1
Hi Everyone,
Time is running out to correct any errored pledges. ⌛ I believe tomorrow is the last day as it has been one week since the campaign has ended. In an effort to communicate that to the backers that this applies to, I sent a message out yesterday that was only supposed to go to them.
Ignore this message if it does not pertain to you.
However, a glitch caused it to go out to ALL backers. 🤦🏻♂️Many of you reached out to me for clarification and I appreciate you doing your due diligence. I'm honestly impressed to know how many people actual read these messages! 😅 The good news is, we got the message across and now just one errored pledge remains.
Please let me know if you cannot fix your payment in time but still want your rewards.
For the inconvenience, I'm adding the Francesca Fantini art print to all backers' rewards! Physical backers will get a physical copy and digital-only backers will get a high res file.
Surveys Coming Soon From BackerKit
To help consolidate and fine tune the delivery of surveys and digital rewards, I'm enlisting the services of BackerKit. If you're not familiar with them, nothing much will change other than where the email comes from for your surveys and digital rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.
My plan is to send the surveys in about a week or two with digital rewards coming shortly afterwards. If you need any assistance, please let me know.
Progress On Atticus #1
It's finished and ready to go to print! We just need the funds from Kickstarter (which should come at the end of next week) and the surveys completed.

You can also nominate each creator for their individual contribution to CAN I SCREAM?!

93 backers made this project a success! Thank you all for staying until the end. Each of you wanted to make this comic book a reality and that's exactly what is going to happen!
Postcard Unlocked! 📬

My previous update was on April 9th and I was hoping I could send another one much sooner when we unlocked the postcard at $1500. But that didn't happen until yesterday! That's how long it took us to raise $324. 😅
Lots of plateaus and then a huge spike at the end!
So, not only are physical backers getting the postcard, but remember we also unlocked the bookmark at $1000!
And for those who read the updates and left a comment on the project's home page, you're also getting this print by my wife, Francesca Fantini! Backing early and reading the updates has its advantages. 😉
Errored Pledges
Thankfully there are only 4 backers with errored pledges totaling just $76. This could be because of an expired card on file, the bank blocking the charge as suspicious, or many other reasons. Kickstarter will send periodic reminders via email over the next week to resolve it. If you're unable to do so before time runs out, message me privately and we can work something out in order for you to still get your rewards!
In The Meantime...
We're putting the finishing touches on the book and print files so we can send them to the printer ASAP! Keep an eye out for surveys in about 2 weeks. We want digital copies to go out in May and physical rewards to ship in June!
Holiday Spirits: Christmas In July is a comic book horror anthology with suspenseful and thrilling Christmas tales brought to you by a group of super-talented indie creators. This high-quality 100+ page book is a must-have under the tree this year! We have collected the above single issues and added another 30 pages exclusive to this volume.
I have a story in this anthology called "A Lost Claus"! This is also the same story that is in the Holiday Spirits: Christmas in July #3 issue that I've had as an add-on in my past 3 campaigns. I still recommend you back this project to support all of the other great creators who have stories in it too!
